I hang around Quora a lot. It's a great place to practice writing on a particular topic area and seeing how readers react. With an answer like this one, I'm sure to get a bunch of hate comments from folks. I've learned not to take offence. After all, they've been taught all their lives that Marx, like Voldemort, is synonymous with pure evil. It's just a hysterical reaction from years of brainwashing. But if we fancy ourselves critical-thinkers or intellectuals, isn't it useful and necessary to crack open the forbidden literature once in a while?
